Het verhaal vertelt van de vreemde mist die honderd jaar geleden in Antonio Bay een schip overviel en tot zinken bracht. Bij de viering van het honderdjarig bestaan van het havenstadje Antonio Bay gaan spontaan om middernacht overal apparaten werken en trillingen ontstaan. Ook verschijnt er voor de kust een mistbank waaruit de geesten van in 1880 gestorven bemanning komen die wraak willen nemen op het stadje.
